News @ Absolute
New for 2010
March 2010
Fraser Stevenson
Absolute Fireworks are delighted to confirm that there will be over 30 changes in the product range this year. Based on feedback from both retailers and consumers, we have been working hard in the past few months to develop new products. We can’t tell you all the details at the moment, but keep an eye on the site for details.
Yet Another Innovation from Absolute
March 2010
Fraser Stevenson
Once again Absolute Fireworks are pleased to announce another innovation, our Integrated Online Trade site. Registered users are able to see not only pricing, but also availability, place bulk orders, top up orders, order point of sale material and even download electronic catalogues and images. All at the users own convenience.
The Flip Stick was developed following investigations into the problems associated with the transport and storage of rockets, especially large rockets. In addition to developing a folding stick, we devoted a considerable amount of time to ensuring the foldable stick was not only as strong as a normal stick, but safe and simple to use. After many hours of design work and several attempts at prototypes, we successfully developed the "Flip Stick".
In order to secure patent protection for the Flip Stick innovation, we retained the services of a Patent Attorney to draft a patent application to protect our Flip Stick innovation. Initial applications have been lodged in the UK and China and it is our intention to pursue protection in other jurisdictions soon.
Absolute Fireworks would like to make a statement concerning rumours within the industry.
Firstly, regarding the use of mesh within our packaging solution for large 1.4G rockets , at no time past or present have Absolute Fireworks licensed the use of Mesh from any other Firework Companies. Legal Action is currently being considered against said parties who continually mislead customers regarding our Rocket Packaging.
Secondly, regarding rumours that Both Directors have agreed to sell their stake in 24:7 Technologies Ltd (Parent Company of Absolute Fireworks) are completely Untrue. Although approaches have been made by both UK & European based companies over the last few months , both directors stated that they had no intentions of selling their shareholdings and are fully committed to the future of 24:7 Technologies and further building upon the success of Absolute Fireworks.
